Ubiquiti Ntwrks (NASDAQ: UBNT) 39% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.30, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $94.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $94.59 million.

Roundys (NYSE: RNDY) 23% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.42, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.43. Revenue for the quarter came in at $996.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $998.13 million. Roundys sees FY2012 EPS of $1.10-$1.24, versus the consensus of $1.34

Fusion-io (NYSE: FIO) 24% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.09, versus $0.15 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $106.6 million, versus $71.7 million reported last year. Sees Q113 revs up modestly from Q4. Sees FY13 revenue growth in the range of 45 to 50%.

Pegasystems, Inc. (NASDAQ: PEGA) 17% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.06), $0.18 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.12. Revenue for the quarter came in at $105.06 million versus the consensus estimate of $113.32 million.

Janus Capital Group Inc. (NYSE: JNS) 16% HIGHER; Announces Strategic Alliance with The Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company, Limited

Spreadtrum Communications (NASDAQ: SPRD) 13% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.58, $0.13 better than the analyst estimate of $0.45. Revenue for the quarter came in at $173.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $171.44 million. Spreadtrum Communications sees Q3 2012 revenue of $178-$186 million, versus the consensus of $184.8 million.

Scotts Co. (NYSE: SMG) 10% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.60, $0.30 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.90. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.06 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.11 billion.

DG FastChannel, Inc. (NASDAQ: DGIT) 10% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.02, $0.09 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.11. Revenue for the quarter came in at $96.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $100.7 million.

SMTC Corporation (NASDAQ: SMTX) 7% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.17, versus ($0.06) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $75.1 million, versus $48.8 million reported last year.

Bacterin International Holdings (NYSE: BONE) 6% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.02, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.04). Revenue for the quarter came in at $8.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $8.35 million. Bacterin International Holdings reaffirmed FY2012 guidance.

NVIDIA Corporation (Nasdaq: NVDA) 5% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.27, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.04 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.01 billion.

Brooks Automation, Inc. (NASDAQ: BRKS) 5% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.14, $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.19. Revenue for the quarter came in at $140.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $143.3 million.

Open Text Corp (NASDAQ: OTEX) 5% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.17, in-line with the analyst estimate of $1.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $305.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $309.29 million.

Monster Beverage Corporation (Nasdaq: MNST) 5% LOWER; an unidentified state attorney general is investigation its Monster Energy® brand of energy drinks.

Yahoo! Inc. (Nasdaq: YHOO) 4% LOWER; New CEO Marissa Mayer may alter plan to return cash to shareholders from sale of Alibaba stake. BofA downgrades from Buy to Neutral.

OCZ Technology Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: OCZ) 4% LOWER; said Arthur F. Knapp Jr., 63, Chief Financial Officer, announced his intent to retire from the Company. Mr. Knapp will remain as CFO until his successor is in place and then provide ongoing support to help ensure a seamless transition.

Bottomline Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: EPAY) 3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.26, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $61.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $59.75 million.

Bally Technologies (NYSE: BYI) 3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.61, $0.17 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.78. Revenue for the quarter came in at $245.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $243.95 million. Bally Technologies sees FY2013 EPS of $2.95-$3.30, versus the consensus of $3.11.

Lions Gate Ent. (NYSE: LGF) 3% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.33), $0.42 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenue for the quarter came in at $471.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $447.34 million.
