Smith & Wesson Holding Co. (Nasdaq: SWHC) 10% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.08, 3 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenues for the quarter were $82.6 million, versus the consensus of $77.43 million.

Finisar Corp. (Nasdaq: FNSR) 9% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.03, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenues for the quarter were $121 million, versus the consensus of $117.97 million. Piper downgrades to Hold.

US Airways (NYSE: LCC) 7% HIGHER; Cuts Capacity, Cutting 1.700 Jobs

DemandTec, Inc. (NASDAQ: DMAN) 6% HIGHER; Deutsche Bank Starts at Buy

Origin Agritech Limited (NASDAQ: SEED) 6% HIGHER; announced it has approved three new corn hybrid varieties and one new GM cotton variety for distribution during the 2009 sales season in five provinces throughout China. The Company has a total of 68 corn seeds and 15 cotton seeds approved for sale in China.

Energy Conversion Devices, Inc. (Nasdaq: ENER) 4% LOWER; filed preliminary prospectus supplements with the SEC relating to proposed public offerings of 4,708,500 shares of common stock and $225 million aggregate principal amount of Convertible Senior Notes due 2013.

Steel Dynamics, Inc. (Nasdaq: STLD) 4% HIGHER; now expects second quarter 2008 earnings to be within a range of $0.90 to $0.95 per diluted share, versus prior guidance of $0.80 to $0.90 and the consensus of $0.89.

Nasdaq OMX Group (Nasdaq: NDAQ) 4% LOWER; Credit Suisse rates at Neutral

KeyCorp (NYSE: KEY) 3.7% LOWER; Prices Equity Offerings; 85.1M Common Shares at $11.75 and $650M of Convertible Preferred

Capstead Mortgage Corp. (NYSE: CMO) 3% HIGHER; Boosts dividend to $0.59/share

Cabot Oil & Gas Corp. (NYSE: COG) 3% HIGHER; Cabot Oil & Gas will replace Brunswick in the S&P 500.

Yahoo! Inc. (Nasdaq: YHOO) 2.4% LOWER; Continued weakness following yesterday's 10% drop on news that talks with Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) are over with no deal. At the latest meeting, Microsoft representatives stated unequivocally that Microsoft is not interested in pursuing an acquisition of all of Yahoo!, even at the price range it had previously suggested.

Massey Energy Co. (NYSE: MEE) 1.6% HIGHER; will replace OfficeMax Inc. (NYSE: OMX) in the S&P 500

Trimble Navigation Ltd. (NASDAQ: TRMB) 1.2% HIGHER; will replace CSG Systems International Inc. (NASDAQ: CSGS) in the S&P MidCap 400.
