Superior Offshore International Inc. (NASDAQ: DEEP) 30% LOWER; Notifies SEC of Delay in Filing its 2007 Fourth Quarter and Full Year Results.

LoJack Corporation (Nasdaq: LOJN) 15.6% LOWER; sees FY08 EPS of $0.75-$0.85, versus the Street consensus of $1.15. Q1 EPS are expected to be about $0.04 and Q2 EPS are expected to be about $0.20. The Street is currently expecting $0.25 and $0.30 in Q1 and Q2, respectively. Revenues for the FY08 are expected to be in the range of $213-$218 million, versus the Street estimate of $233.15 million.

Medarex Inc. (Nasdaq: MEDX) 16% LOWER; Pfizer's Discontinuation of Melanoma Test is a negative for Medarex

ISTA Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: ISTA) 15% LOWER; disappointing topline results of a clinical trial of Xibrom. Engaged Cowen and Company as its financial advisor

Sinovac Biotech Ltd. (Amex: SVA) 14% HIGHER; announced today that Panflu, its pandemic influenza H5N1 whole viron inactivated vaccine, has been granted a production license by the China State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA).

Chordiant Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHRD) 14% LOWER; expects to report revenue ranging between $23.5 million to $25.0 million for the second quarter of fiscal 2008 ending on March 31, 2008. (Consensus is $32.33 million) Chordiant also expects to report a Non-GAAP loss per share is expected to be between ($0.11) and ($0.06) for the second quarter of fiscal 2008 compared to non-GAAP net income per share of $0.19 for the same period of fiscal year 2007 and $0.05 for the first quarter of 2008. (Consensus is $0.11 profit) Chordiant also expects to report a cash, cash equivalents and restricted cash balance of approximately $70.0 million at March 31, 2008, as compared to the $87.4 million reported at December 31, 2007. This change includes cash used for the share repurchase program.

Pharmasset, Inc. (Nasdaq: VRUS) 7% HIGHER; UBS upgrades to Buy

Best Buy Co. Inc. (NYSE: BBY) 6% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $1.71, versus the consensus of $1.65. Revenues came in at $13.42 billin, versus the consensus of $13.19 billion. Sees FY EPS of $3.25-$3.40, versus the consensus of $3.31

Lululemon Athletica Inc. (Nasdaq: LULU) 6% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.21, 2 cents above the consensus of $0.19. Revenues came in at $105.1 million, versus the consensus of $92.7 million. Sees 2008 EPS of $0.70-$0.72, versus the consensus of $0.72

CROCS (Nasdaq: CROX) 5% LOWER; JPM downgrades

EXFO Electro-Optical Engineering (Nasdaq: EXFO) 5% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.06, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenues for the quarter were $43.3 million, versus the consensus of $42.29 million.

Immucor (Nasdaq: BLUD) 4.5% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.27, 5 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenues for the quarter were $67 million, versus the consensus of $62.87 million. Sees FY08 sales and EPS "at or modestly above high end of views".

Inland Real Estate Corp. (NYSE: IRC) 4% LOWER; Wachovia to Underperform

Vimpel-Communications (NYSE: VIP) 4% HIGHER; Goldman upgrades to Buy

Monsanto Co. (NYSE: MON) 3% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $1.79, versus the consensus of $1.72. Revenues came in at $3.78 billion, versus the consensus of $3.6 billion. Sees FY EPS of $3.15-$3.25, versus the consensus of $3.20.
