Pre-Open Movers 2/15: Best Buy (BBY) and Ultralife (ULBI) Down on Guidance, HJ Heinz (HNZ) Up On Guidance

ARRIS Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: ARRS) 22% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.16, 6 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenues for the quarter were $249.6 million, versus the consensus of $260.78 million. Sees Q1 EPS of $0.08 to $0.12, versus the consensus of $0.19.

Ramtron International (Nasdaq: RMTR) 16% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.07, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenues for the quarter were $14.3 million, versus the consensus of $13.46 million.

Ultralife (NASDAQ: ULBI) 14% LOWER; expects to report Q4 revenue in the range of $36.5 million and an operating loss in the range of $2.5 million. Prior guidance called for revenue of approximately $41 million to $44 million and operating profit of between $2.7 million and $3.5 million.

Chipotle Mexican Grill (NYSE: CMG) 10% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.54, 1 cent lower than the analyst estimate of $0.55. Revenues for the quarter were $288.9 million, versus the consensus of $288.97 million.

Radiant Systems (Nasdaq: RADS) 11% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.27, 5 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenues for the quarter were $70.3 million, versus the consensus of $68.90 million. Q1 15-16 cents versus 16 cents consensus and full year eps 84-88 cents versus 76 cents.

Priceline.com (Nasdaq: PCLN) 9.8% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.96, 12 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.84. Revenues for the quarter were $334.9 million, versus the consensus of $329.32 million.

DryShips Inc. (Nasdaq: DRYS) 7% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $4.50 ex-items, 43 cents better than the analyst estimate of $4.07. Revenues for the quarter were $233.4 million, versus the consensus of $208.75 million.

Brocade Communications (Nasdaq: BRCD) 7% HIGHER; Top Pick at Citi

International Coal Group, Inc. (NYSE: ICO); Goldman downgrades to Sell

Arch Coal Inc. (NYSE: ACI) 5% LOWER; Goldman downgrades to Sell

Weight Watchers International, Inc. (NYSE: WTW) 4.5% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.50, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.46. Revenues for the quarter were $344 million, versus the consensus of $321.88 million. Sees FY08 EPS of $2.80-$3.00, versus the consensus of $2.80.

NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N) 4% LOWER; reports a Q4 loss of $0.01, ex-items. Revenues for the quarter were $31.7 million. Sees Q1 loss of $0.01 to $0.02, versus the consensus of a $0.03 loss. Revs are expected to be $33 to $34 million, versus the consensus of $30.5 million.

Whole Foods Market Inc. (Nasdaq: WFMI) 3.8% LOWER; Lehman downgrades to Underweight.

Best Buy (NYSE: BBY) 3.6% LOWER; cuts 2008 EPS forecast from $3.10-$3.20 to $3.05-$3.10.

Hormel Foods Corp. (NYSE: HRL) 2.8% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.64, versus the consensus of $0.59. Revenues came in at $1.62 billion, versus the consensus of $1.59. Hormel still sees FY EPS of $2.30-$2.40, versus the consensus of $2.35

Kraft Foods (NYSE: KFT) 2.7% HIGHER; Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway shows a 132M share stake in Kraft Foods.

HJ Heinz Co. (NYSE: HNZ) 2.6% HIGHER; sees Q3 EPS of $0.67 to $0.68, above the consensus of $0.64. HJ Heinz sees sales growth of approximately 14% and operating income growth of approximately 8%. Heinz expects third-quarter organic sales growth (volume plus price) of between 8% and 9%, driven by a volume increase of roughly 5%, and net pricing of more than 3%. The very strong organic results were led by the strength of the Heinz brand, with organic sales up more than 9%. Heinz sees 2008 EPS at top end of $2.60-$2.62, versus the consensus of $2.62.

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (NYSE: ANF) 1.8% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $2.40, versus the consensus of $2.36. Revenues came in at $1.23 billion, versus the consensus of $1.25 billion. Sees 1st-half EPS of $1.61-$1.65, which is slightly below the consensus

Bucyrus (Nasdaq: BUCY) 1% HIGHER; reports Q4 earnings of $1.64 per share, which includes a tax benefit and may not compare to the consensus of $0.81. Revenues came in at $548 million, versus the consensus of $523.7 million.
