Guess?, Inc. (NYSE: GES) 10% LOWER; announced the resignations of two of its executive officers, J. Prospect Capital Corporation (NASDAQ: PSEC) 6% LOWER; announced that it is offering 35,000,000 shares of its common stock. Prospect will also grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 5,250,000 additional shares.
