Piper Jaffray & Co. reiterates an Overweight rating on Guess? (NYSE: GES), raises price target from $37 to $41.
Piper analyst says, "Reiterating Overweight rating; further upward bias to ests likely as global growth thesis unfolds: We are reiterating our bias toward GES shares with an Overweight rating in the context of our coverage. Checks into selling trends and updated analysis surrounding FX support an upward revision to FQ3 EPS. We are raising our estimate from 49 to 51 cents on better margin. We continue to be attracted to the company's diversified platform of growth potential, believing that the company could yield in excess of $5/share in earnings power as higher margin global markets are more fully penetrated over the next 5 years."
