VISICU, Inc. (NASDAQ: EICU) entered into a merger agreement through which an affiliate of Philips will acquire the entire share capital of VISICU for $12.00 per share.
The price represents a 35% premium over the VISICU stock closing price on NASDAQ on December 17, 2007.
