- Xerox Corporation (NYSE: XRX) and Corporate Express NV (NYSE: CXP) announced a definitive agreement for Xerox to acquire Veenman B.V., a subsidiary of Corporate Express, for approximately $68 million, essentially expanding Xerox’s reach into the small and mid-sized business market in the Netherlands.
- Fed OKs Fifth Third Bancorp (Nasdaq: FITB) Acquiring First Charter Corp (Nasdaq: FCTR) - Dow Jones
- Boston Scientific Corporation (NYSE: BSX) and CryoCor, Inc. (Nasdaq: CRYO) signed a definitive merger agreement, under which Boston Scientific will pay a cash purchase price of $1.35 per share of CryoCor, or approximately $17.6 million.
Shares of CRYO closed at $1.13 yesterday.
