- CB Richard Ellis Group (NYSE: CBG) announced the acquisition of Eurisko Consulting SRL, the largest independent commercial real estate services company in Romania. The purchase price is approximately $35.0 million, subject to a post closing audit. The acquisition further enhances CB Richard Ellis' ability to deliver the premier commercial real estate services offering across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) by giving the Company a leading position in one of the region's fastest growing economies.
- Citi analyst comments on Marathon Oil (NYSE: MRO) -
"With strong growth, solid strategic positions across all business MRO stands out as the most compelling investment case in the US oil sector. We do not traditionally view MRO as an acquisition candidate but any stock trading 75% below fair value with commodity expectations rising across the industry needs the market to recognise the value this portfolio deserves. If not, someone else will."
