- J. Crew (NYSE: JCG) shareholders approve buyout
- Richardson Electronics, Ltd. (Nasdaq: RELL) completed the $238.8 million sale of its RF, Wireless and Power Division (RFPD) and certain other assets to Arrow Electronics, Inc. (NYSE: ARW).
Revenues for RFPD were $356 million in FY10.
- Bassett Furniture (Nasdaq: BSET) enters deal to sell all stock to IHFC Acquisition. Bassett sees pretax proceeds of $73-$75 million.
