SPDR S&P Homebuilders ETF (NYSE: XHB) is higher by 1.35 percent to 23.22. Share of Toll Brothers Inc. (NYSE: TOL) gained 3.5 percent after the company double EPS estimates. Shares of Lennar Corp. (NYSE: LEN), PulteGroup (NYSE: PHM), and other homebuilders are moving higher in response to the positive results.

Market Vectors Oil Services ETF (NYSE: OIH) is lower by 1 percent to 41.09. In the past month, OIH has gained 8.32 percent. The top holdings in the ETF, such as Halliburton Company (NYSE: HAL), are moving lower today on profit taking.
Industrial Select Sector SPDR (NYSE: XLI) is lower by 0.60 percent to 36.79. Shares of Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT) are lower by 2.7 percent on reports that mining company, BHP (NYSE: BHP), is considering ways of cutting capex on its Olympic Dam project.
