- iShares FTSE/Xinhua China 25 Index (NYSE: FXI) up 2.65% to $40.64. Shares of the Chinese ETF are higher today as the country's government-backed Purchasing Manufacturers Index fell to 52 from 55.8 in January 2010. A PMI above 50 shows expansion. The PMI for several other Asian nation's also rose from January to February.
- SPDRs (NYSE: SPY) up 0.89% to $111.73. Shares of the S&P ETF are up as 'merger mania' returned in a big way today. Also personal income reported growth of 0.1% [versus the estimate of 0.4%], and spending increased above the consensus at 0.5%. Both, point toward slight recovery in the economy, though they're not the de facto standard.
- SPDR S&P Biotech (NYSE: XBI) up 4.9% to 59.07. Up after Japanese drugmaker Astellas launched a $52 per share hostile bid for OSI Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: OSIP).
- SPDR S&P Homebuilders (NYSE: XHB) up 1.01% to $16.07. Shares are up as construction spending, though down 0.6%, came in line with Street estimates.
- Market Vectors Agribusiness ETF (NYSE: MOO) up 1.24% to $43.95. Futures on the CBOT are trading mixed today. Cattle is down 0.10 to $91.85, while corn, soybeans, wheat, and orange juice are all up on the day. Pork bellies have also made a 3.36% jump.

- Claymore/MAC Global Solar Energy (NYSE: TAN) down 013% to $7.75. Though not the lowest ETF on the day, the TAN started at $7.92, so it's seen a drop of 2.2% so far today, though technically its only down 0.13%.
- United States Natural Gas (NYSE: UNG) down 0.57% to $8.65. Nat gas April 10 contracts are trading lower almost 1% to 4.767. Producers are drilling more, however, stating that $5 per mBTU isn't sustainable.
- iShares MSCI United Kingdom Index (NYSE: EWU) 0.92% to $15.16. The U.K. ETF is getting a little banged-and-mashed today as insurer Prudential PLC (NYSE: PUK) agreed to purchase Asian operations from AIG (NYSE: AIG) for $35.5 billion in cash and stock. The pound sterling is also seeing some pressure, as the CurrencyShares British Pound Sterling Tr (NYSE: FXB) is trading 1.79% lower to $149.25.
