Goldman Sachs upgrades Foster Wheeler AG (Nasdaq: FWLT) from Neutral to Buy with a $41 price target.
ARGUS upgrades MGM MIRAGE (NYSE: MGM) two-notches from Sell to Buy. The firm also set an $18 price target.

Citi upgrades Nucor (NYSE: NUE) from Hold to Buy. Price target increased from $46 to $57.
Rochdale's Dick Bove upgraded shares of US Bancorp (NYSE: USB) this morning, also lifting his price target. The analyst moved his investment rating on the bank from Neutral to Buy, also boosting his price target from $25 to $28.
