Goldman Sachs upgrades CONSOL Energy Inc. (NYSE: CNX) from Sell to Neutral, citing valuation after recent underperformance.

BMO Capital upgrades Colgate-Palmolive (NYSE: CL) from Market Perform to Outperform. Price target $85.

Morgan Keegan upgrades Motorola (NYSE: MOT) from Market Perform to Outperform.

Citi upgrades OfficeMax (NYSE: OMX) from Hold to Buy. Price target increased from $9 to $12.

DOWNGRADES:
Wedbush Morgan downgrades Las Vegas Sands Corp. (NYSE: LVS) to Underperform, reiterating their $7 price target which represents 37% downside. DIS) from Neutral to Underweight.
