Goldman Sachs upgraded U.S. Steel (NYSE: X) from Neutral to Buy with a $52 price target. The firm also raised its sector rating on the US Steel group from Neutral to Buy.

BMO Capital upgrades Alcoa (NYSE: AA) from Underperform to Market Perform.

Jefferies & Co upgrades EnerNOC (Nasdaq: ENOC) from Hold to Buy.

Wells Fargo upgrades Ingersoll-Rand (NYSE: IR) from Market Perform to Outperform. Valuation Range: $35.00-$38.00 from $23.00-$25.00. Click here for more color.
