UPGRADES:
Deutsche Bank upgrades Int'l Paper (NYSE: IP) and Packaging Co of America (NYSE: PKG) from Hold to Buy. Price target $24 for both companies. Click here for more color.

Goldman Sachs upgrades El Paso Pipeline Partners, L.P. (NYSE: EPB) to its Conviction Buy List, with a $22 price target. The firm said recent weakness is unjustified.

BMO Capital upgrades casino operator Las Vegas Sands (NYSE: LVS) from Market Perform to Outperform.
