J.P. Morgan upgrades Unilever (NYSE: UL) from Neutral to Overweight.

Jefferies & Co upgrades VMware (NYSE: VMW) from Underperform to Hold.

Lazard Capital upgrades Cinemark (NYSE: CNK) to Buy. Price target $13.

Citigroup upgrades Blue Nile (Nasdaq: NILE) from Hold to Buy and maintains their $50 price target.
