Morgan Stanley upgrades U.S. Steel (NYSE: X) from Equal-weight to Overweight.

Goldman Sachs upgrades CSX Corp. (NYSE: CSX) from Neutral to Buy and raises their price target from $36 to $40.

Citigroup downgrades Hartford Financial (NYSE: HIG) from Buy to Hold and lowers their price target from $21 to $19, citing a management vacuum after Chairman/CEO Ayer announced plans to retire.
