FBR Capital upgrades Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold (NYSE: FCX) from Market Perform to Outperform with a $58 price target, saying the recent pullback creates an attractive entry point. Click here for more color on the upgrade.

Citi upgrades Deutsche Bank (NYSE: DB) from Sell to Hold.

Barclays upgrades EMC Corp (NYSE: EMC) from Equal Weight to Overweight and raises their price target from $12 to $16.
