Lazard Capital Markets upgrades Netflix (Nasdaq: NFLX) from Sell to Hold.

Bank of America upgrades Advance Auto Parts (NYSE: AAP) from Underperform to Buy and raises their price target from $36 to $50, citing strong industry trends.

UBS upgrades Gildan Activewear (NYSE: GIL) from Neutral to Buy.

Bank of America upgrades Con-Way (NYSE: CNW) from Underperform to Buy and price target raised from $17 to $35.
