BMO Capital upgrades Target Corp. (NYSE: TGT) from Underperform to Market Perform. The firm also boosted its price target on the stock from $40 to $54

Bernstein upgrades XL Capital (NYSE: XL) from Market Perform to Outperform.

Raymond James upgrades Select Comfort (NASDAQ: SCSS) from Outperform to Strong Buy.

Goldman Sachs downgraded ASM International NV (NASDAQ: ASMI) from it Conviction Buy List to Neutral, citing valuation after recent outperformance. The firm raised their price target from EUR 18 to EUR 19.
