TD Newcrest from Action List Buy to Buy., with a price target increased 7.7% from $13 to $14;
RBC Capital from Outperform to Sector Perform, their price target lowered to $11.95; and
BMO Capital from Outperform to Market Perform, with their price target lowered to $13.45.

SMART Technologies (NYSE: SMART) downgraded by two today:

BofA/Merrill Lynch from buy to Neutral; and
RBC Capital from Outperform to Sector Perform, with a price target lowered from $17 to $12.

InterContinental Hotels Group (NYSE: IHG) also receives a downgrade from two firms today:

Barclays from Overweight to Equalweight, with a price target of £12.50;
Natixis from Buy to Neutral.
