UPGRADES
Cisco (Nasdaq: CSCO) lowered by two firms today:
  • Citi from Neutral to Buy following better-than-expected results; and

  • Deutsche Bank from Hold to Buy and raised their price target to $22 from $17. Click Here for more color.
Morgan Stanley ups Vertex (Nasdaq: VRTX) from Underweight to Equalweight.

JPMorgan lifts Ashland Inc. (NYSE: ASH) from Neutral to Overweight, price target raised from $56 to $62.

Macquarie boosts AirMedia Group (Nasdaq: AMCN) from Neutral to Outperform.

Goldman Sachs downgrades SandRidge Energy (NYSE: SD) from Neutral to Sell its price target moves from $8 to $7.
