UPGRADES:
CLSA's Mike Mayo has upgraded shares of Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS) two-notches from Underperform to Outperform this morning, also raising his price target from $194 to $230.
Goldman Sachs upgrades Pactiv (NYSE: PTV) from Neutral to Buy with a $35 price target. The firm expects PTV TO grow EPS in 2010 on stronger volumes and gross margins and said valuation is compelling.
Bank of America upgrades Coca-Cola FEMSA (NYSE: KOF) from Neutral to Buy. Price target lowered from $61.50 to $50.
Citi and Bank of America upgrade America Movil (NYSE: AMX) to Buy.
UBS upgrades Corning (NYSE: GLW) from Neutral to Buy. Price target $19.
Morgan Stanley upgrades General Mills (NYSE: GIS) from Equalweight to Overweight. Price target increased from $64 to $72.
