UPGRADES
UBS upgrades U.S. Bancorp (NYSE: USB) from Neutral to Buy.

Goldman Sachs upgrades The Walt Disney Company (NYSE: DIS) from Neutral to Buy and raised their price target from $33 to $42. The firm also raised EPS by 2-14%. Click Here for more color.

Morgan Stanley upgrades Genworth Financial (NYSE: GNW) from Equalweight to Overweight, price target of $20.

Argus upgrades Xerox (NYSE: XRX) from Hold to Buy.

Ctrip.com (Nasdaq: CTRP) gets lowered by two firms today:
  • RBS downgrades from Buy to Hold, with a price target lowered from $46 to $43; and
