  • UBS from Sell to Neutral; and

  • BofA/Merrill Lynch from Underperform to Buy.

BMO Capital raises Manulife Financial Corporation (NYSE: MFC) from Market Perform to Outperform with a price target of $18.64.

Oppenheimer boosts Ann Inc. (NYSE: ANN) from Perform to Outperform with a price target of $38.
