JPMorgan upgrades Hewlett-Packard (NYSE: HPQ) from Underweight to Neutral, moving its price target from $15 up to $21.

Cisco (Nasdaq: CSCO) lifted at two firms today:
  • Baird to Outperform, raising its target by $4 to $25;

  • William Blair) from Market Perform to Outperform.

Infosys Technologies (Nasdaq: INFY) also downgraded by two today:
  • JPMorgan from Neutral to Overweight; and

  • UBS from Neutral to Buy.
