Citi upgrades Tesoro Corporation (NYSE: TSO) from Hold to Buy. Price target increased from $51 to $65.

Bear Stearns upgrades American Eagle Outfitters (NYSE: AEO) from Peer Perform to Outperform.

Credit Suisse upgrades Kroger (NYSE: KR) from Neutral to Outperform. Price target $32.
