Stephens & Co upgrades Dean Foods (NYSE: DF) from Equalweight to Overweight, sets price target of $20. Stifel Nicolaus also upgraded Dean Foods from Hold to Buy, and set a price target $20.
Jefferies & Co upgrades Tenaris S.A. (NYSE: TS) from Hold to Buy. Price target increased from $30 to $44.
