52-Week High:
  • Charming Shoppes (Nasdaq: CHRS) high of $5.00. Charming evidently got a bid from Ascena Retail Group (Nasdaq: ASNA), though details were not disclosed.

  • CryptoLogic Ltd. (Nasdaq: CRYP) high of $2.30. Issued an outline terms of a possible recommended all cash offer from Amaya for the acquisition of the entire issued and to be issued share capital of CryptoLogic at $2.50 in cash per common share.
52-Week Low:
  • Research In Motion (Nasdaq: RIMM) low of $13.12. Earnings miss, and weak guidance is hampering RIM Friday. Click here for more color. Shares down 13.3 percent to the low, it's lowest point since January 2004.

  • Cablevision Systems Corp. (NYSE: CVC) low of $11.57. Cablevision moved nearly 17 percent lower to its new mark today, following the resignation of COO Tom Rutledge. Today, BofA downgraded the stock from Buy to Underperform this morning. and Miller Tabak also downgraded shares.

  • Sina Corp. (Nasdaq: SINA) low of $46.86. Sina moving lower following reports that Beijing Municipal Government might impose new microblogging rules. The rules call for users to register under real user names and biographical information, though they will still be able to use an alias when blogging. Click here for the response from Sina.
