52-Week High:
  • Cephalon Inc. (Nasdaq: CEPH) high of $81.17. Cephalon did receive a subpoena duces tecum from the US DoJ requesting documents related to certain promotional practices related to NUVIGIL and PROVIGIL, the stock has shooken it off and continues higher to a new 52-week mark. Shares moved slightly higher to the new mark.

  • BorgWarner Inc. (NYSE: BWA) high of $64.75. Making a strong move today, BorgWarner has been moving higher as auto sales continue to trickle in with strong numbers. Not making new a high, but putting on a strong performance today is TRW (NYSE: TRW), which is 6.1 percent better on the session, but 73 percent from a new 52-week high.
52-Week Low:
  • Ruby Tuesday, Inc. (NYSE: RT) low of $6.35. Ruby Tuesday hitting a new low following its earnings report after the market closed yesterday. Ruby Tuesday reported first-quarter earnings of 5 cents per share on revenue of $330.3 million, missing estimates calling for earnings of 6 cents per share and revenue of $334.03 million. Comparable-store sales were down 4.1 percent in the period. The company reaffirmed its fiscal 2012 outlook.

  • GLG Life Tech Corporation (Nasdaq: GLGL) low of $1.96. GLG Life Tech updated on operations, including its AN0C consumer products business in China and global stevia business. Click here for more color on the update.

  • Horizon Lines, Inc. (NYSE: HRZ) low of $0.32. Horizon reported it completed a comprehensive refinancing of the company's entire capital structure. The new capital structure addresses the company's financial needs by providing adequate liquidity to fund continuing operations and the ability to achieve substantial additional debt reduction.
