- Augusta Resource Corp. (NYSE: AZC) high of $3.75. Surging higher today as the company announced that their subsidiary has entered an Earn-In Agreement with a Korean consortium, whereby the consortium will acquire a 20% joint venture interest in AZC subsidiary's copper molybdenum project in Pima County, Arizona. AZC will be paid $176 million for the deal.
