Notable 52-Week Highs and Lows of the Day 07/24: (UA) (CLGX) (HSTM) High; (F) (BTU) (DV) Low

This report is an intraday check of some of the more notable stocks that have hit a 52-week high or low so far today.

52-Week High:
  • Under Armour (NYSE: UA) high of $55.00. Under Armour moving to a new 52-week high following strong second quarter results and outlook issued earlier. Shares moved as much as 13.7 percent on the session.

  • CoreLogic, Inc. (Nasdaq: CLGX) high of $24.30. CoreLogic moved about 17 percent Tuesday following its second-quarter 2012 earnings report, showing EPS topped views by nine cents while sales of $389.4 million also beat expectations.

  • HealthStream, Inc. (Nasdaq: HSTM) high of $27.49. Though HealthStream's Q2 earnings were in line with expectations, the Company said it sees 22 percent to 25 percent growth in revs for 2012.

  • Simon Property Group, Inc. (NYSE: SPG) high of $160.74. Simon is modestly higher after F) low of $8.95. Ford shares lower amid headlines earlier European and overseas losses will lead to lower-than-expected Q2 earnings. Shares continue to trade a late-2009 levels.

  • Peabody (NYSE: BTU) low of $20.50. Peabody beat Q2 views, but issued a weak Q3 outlook. CEO Greg Boyce also made some mixed comments on the conference call today.

  • DeVry (NYSE: DV) low of $19.30. DeVry issued a fourth quarter profit warning late Monday, causing shares to fall 30 percent on the session Tuesday. For more color, plus a listing of analyst moves, click here.

  • Clearwire Corporation (Nasdaq: CLWR) low of $0.83. Traders are trying to positioning ahead of Sprint's (NYSE: S) second-quarter earnings report, which is expected out Wednesday morning. The stock has been getting pressured after moving below the $1.50 level in April, never really making headway for a rebound.
