This report is an intraday check of some of the more notable stocks that have hit a 52-week high or low so far today.
52-Week High:

52-Week High:
- Constellation Brands (NYSE: STZ) high of $27.39. Constellation beat Q1 EPS views by 1 cent, though revs were light. The company will acquire the remaining 50 percent interest in Crown Imports LLC for $1.85 billion from AB InBev (NYSE: BUD).
Shares up 25.9 percent to the new mark.
- DR Horton Inc. (NYSE: DHI) high of $18.36. DR Horton and other homebuilders moving on the European bailout today, which is pushing markets higher amid tepid economic data. Euro zone members agreed to a €120 billion bailout Thursday. Horton shares moved 5.6 percent on the session.
- Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. (NYSE: BMY) high of $35.75. Along with market sentiment, Bristol-Myers getting a boost from Medivir AB, which set a data for a phase II combination study with the investigational compound TMC435 and Bristol-Myers Squibb’s investigational compound daclatasvir. The trial will begin in July.
- Research In Motion (Nasdaq: RIMM) low of $7.34. RIM getting slammed following its first-quarter 2013, which offered little in the way of good news. For a low-down, click here, or more a brief analysis, click here.
- Nokia (NYSE: NOK) low of $2.04. Though some of us expected a little pop in Nokia stock today upon RIM's announcement of a delay to its BlackBerry 10 operating system, such was not the case. There is still too much weighing on Nokia right now with uncertainty surrounding adaptation to Windows Phone and RIM's report seemed to have highlighted challenges from Google (Nasdaq: GOOG) and Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL).
Shares fell 3.3 percent to the new low today.
- Anthera Pharma (Nasdaq: ANTH) low of $0.73. After reporting its Phase 2b PEARL-SC of blisibimod on patients with systemic lupus erythematosus missed its pre-specified endpoint, shares have gotten hit this week. Today, Citi downgraded Anthera from Neutral to Sell.
The stock is down 73.5 percent since Wednesday.
