52-Week High:
- Orexigen Therapeutics (Nasdaq: OREX) high of $5.88. Orexigen up over 19 percent on the session as JPMorgan upgraded the stock from Neutral to Overweight earlier.
- CoreLogic, Inc. (Nasdaq: CLGX) high of $18.70. CoreLogic moved about 7.5 percent at the start today following a boosted outlook for 2012.
Its revenue expectation moves from $1.40 - $1.45 billion to $1.45 - $1.48 billion and adjusted EPS from $1.00 - $1.05 to $1.15 - $1.20. The Street sees sales of $1.42 billion and EPS of $1.05.
- Community Health Systems, Inc. (NYSE: CYH) high of $28.76. Community Health higher following the SCOTUS saying Obamacare was constitutional. Shares ripped as high as 12.8 percent earlier following the initial ruling.
- Ellie Mae, Inc. (NYSE: ELLI) high of $18.12. Ellie Mae up after announcing it priced a 3,101,638 common follow-on offering at $17 per share. Ellie Mae is offering 3,000,000 shares of common stock and certain of its directors and executive officers are offering 101,638 shares of common stock.
- Anthera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: ANTH) low of $. Anthera announced results from the Phase 2b PEARL-SC clinical study. The pre-specified primary efficacy endpoint, clinical improvement at 24 weeks in the SLE responder index for the pooled blisibimod dose groups, was not met due to a lack of clinical efficacy in the 100mg weekly and 200mg monthly dose groups. - Orbotech (Nasdaq: ORBK) low of $6.43. Orbotech revised previously provided revenue guidance to cover a range of possible revenue outcomes.
For the full year 2012, revenue guidance is revised to the range of $430 million to 450 million from $500 million; however, the Company still expects to meet the previously announced first half revenue guidance of approximately $200 million. The Street was looking for revs of $494.06 million.
Shares fell about 32 percent for the session.
- Marvell Technology Group (Nasdaq: MRVL) low of $10.87. Marvell and others in the segment lower following a warning issued by Hutchinson Technology (Nasdaq: HTCH) Wednesday that shipments in its fiscal third-quarter came in under expectations.
Marvell slipped as much as 4.1 percent to its new low.
