This report is an intraday check of some of the more notable stocks that have hit a 52-week high or low so far today.

52-Week High:
  • Netflix, Inc. (Nasdaq: NFLX) high of $258.29. Netflix moving 4.3 percent to the new high on word that Facebook CEO Mark Zuckeburg has been talking "a lot" with the Company about social tools.

  • Raptor Pharmaceuticals Corp. (RPTP) high of $5.47. Raptor moving about 10.7 percent higher to $5.47 as Cowen initiated shares with an Outperform rating.

  • Sprint Nextel Corp. (NYSE: S) high of $5.95. Sprint has swung from positive territory, into negative, and back again today. Shares didn't move that much to the new high, just 1.9 percent, but it might be getting a little attention following discussion by Dinaker Singh of TPG-Axon at Ira Sohn today. The stock has also seen some interesting buying above the previous $5.30 resistance level.
52-Week Low:
  • Frontline Ltd. (NYSE: FRO) low of $16.66. Though Frontline beat earnings views, $0.20 versus a loss of $0.17 per share, the win came on "gain on sale of assets and other non-operating items and improved result from operations." Looking ahead, Frontline notes that "the Board expects the weak trend in the first quarter results to be extended into the second quarter."

  • Lender Processing Services, Inc. (NYSE: LPS) low of $23.94. Lender Processing sinking as the California Attorney General subpoenaed the company. Shares moved 5.5 percent lower to the new mark.

  • Cubic Energy, Inc. (AMEX: QBC) low of $0.49. Cubic reports that it received a letter "BG US Production Company, LLC ("BG") and EXCO Operating Company, LP dated May 18, 2011 in which EXCO and BG declared their intention not to honor the balance of their Drilling Credit obligation to Cubic." Shares moved over 23 percent to the new low.
