52-Week High:
- Williams Companies, Inc. (NYSE: WMB) high of $30.95. Making a solid move today following an announcement yesterday that the company sought to split into two separate companies, and boosted their dividend 60%. Oh, and their fourth quarter 2010 earnings report wasn't shabby either, with non-GAAP EPS of $0.44 trouncing the consensus EPS view of $0.27. The stock jumped 11.5% at the open the high.
- Alcatel-Lucent (Nasdaq: ALU) high of $5.14. Still moving higher following earnings report on February 10, 2010. Might also be seeing some upside from Comcast's (Nasdaq: CMCSA) earnings report, which was out early yesterday. Finally, overall sentiment is that Alcatel could continue taking market share from Cisco (Nasdaq: CSCO) in the routing segment.
- Weight Watchers International, Inc. (NYSE: WTW) high of $64.96. Surging 44.6% today following a fourth quarter report that saw WTW with EPS of $0.64 on revs of $356.7 million, beating the consensus calling for EPS of $0.55 and revs of $318.91 million. Looking ahead, WTW is seeing FY11 EPS of $3.50 - $3.85, trumping views calling for EPS of $2.77.
- ION Geophysical Corporation (NYSE: IO) high of $12.68. Also rocking after reporting Q410 EPS of $0.14 on revs of $158.6 million, blowing out the consensus estimates calling for EPS of $0.07 with revs of $111.37 million.
- Rosetta Genomics, Ltd. (Nasdaq: ROSG) low of $0.513. Dropping today following an announcement that they have decided to raise $6 million through registered direct offerings. Rosetta will offer 4541,688 ordinary shares at a price of $0.60 per share. The purchasers in the private placement will also receive warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 3,406,251 ordinary shares at an exercise price of $0.80 per share.
- Orbitz Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE: OWW) low of $3.55. Trending lower today following a not-so-great fourth quarter earnings report, and equally dismal outlook. Analysts had a thing or two to say as well. Shares down over 11% after closing 3.8% lower yesterday. OWW's Q410 was hampered by about $79 million in non-cash charges in the quarter, related to goodwill and intangibles as well as property and equipment impairment.
