This report is an intraday check of some of the more notable stocks that have hit a 52-week high or low so far today.

52-Week High:
  • Alcatel-Lucent (NYSE: ALU) high of $4.39. Making a big move higher today following fourth quarter 2010 earnings out of the company. ALU reported Q4 EPS of €0.14, versus €0.02 reported for the same period a year ago. Revenue for the quarter was €4.862 billion, compared to €3.97 billion in Q409. Shares jumped 23% to the high today.

  • eBay Inc. (Nasdaq: EBAY) high of $34.78. At their Investor Day, CEO John Donahoe said that he expects PayPal to become eBay's biggest business over the next three to five years. Investors agree, as shares moved up over 8.8% on the day.

  • Juniper Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq: JNPR) high of $43.46. Seeing action today on Cisco's (Nasdaq: CSCO) less-than-stellar second quarter earnings report. JNPR shares are nearing ten-year highs.

  • Mad Catz Interactive Inc. (Nasdaq: MCZ) high of $1.59. Moving higher as the company reported improved Q311 earnings, with an adjusted EPS of $0.16, versus $0.10 reported for the same period a year ago. Revenue for the quarter was $93 million, compared to $48.8 million in Q409.
52-Week Low:
  • Cisco Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CSCO) low of $19.00. Cisco reported solid Q211 earnings, buy their outlook disappointed investors. EPS was $0.37 on revs of $10.4 billion, compared to the consensus EPS of $0.35 and revs of $10.23 billion. Cisco sees Q311 EPS of $0.35 - $0.38, compared to the consensus EPS of $0.40.

  • Marina Biotech, Inc. (Nasdaq: MRNA) low of $0.78. Flat-lining today following an announcement that the company priced a 6.375 million unit offering at $0.80 per unit.

  • GSI Commerce Inc. (Nasdaq: GSIC) low of $20.03. Reports Q4 EPS of $0.23, which may be uncomparable to the analyst consensus of $0.51. Revs of $537 million topped views calling for revs of $432.33 million.

  • Tekelec (Nasdaq: TKLC) low of $9.56. Lower today as the company reported a Q410 non-GAAP loss of $0.02 on revs of $90.2 million. The market was looking for a loss of $0.01 per share. Shares are lower into the close, down 18.4% to the new low.
