  • Oclaro, Inc. (Nasdaq: OCLR) $9.34. Oclaro announced the pricing of its public offering (the "Offering") of 15,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $8.35 per share. In addition, Oclaro has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 2,250,000 additional shares of its common stock. Oclaro expects to close the offering on September 27, 2016, subject to customary closing conditions.

  • Caesars (Nasdaq: CZR) $10.84. Caesars bondholders are said to have agreed on a framework deal to get its operating unit out of bankruptcy, though the company is still facing pushback from senior lenders.

  • Sarepta Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: SRPT) $61.60. Sarepta Therapeutics announced that it is offering to sell, subject to market and other conditions, up to $225 million of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. Sarepta also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase from it up to an additional 15% of the shares of common stock offered in the public offering.
