  • Marvell Technology (Nasdaq: MRVL) $14.79. Marvell Technology reported Q3 EPS of $0.20, versus the analyst estimate of $0.12. Revenue for the quarter came in at $654.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $615.89 million. Marvell Technology sees Q4 2017 EPS of $0.17 - $0.21, versus the consensus of $0.13. Marvell Technology sees Q4 2017 revenue of $553.7 - $576.3 million, versus the consensus of $594.6 million.

  • Ross Stores (Nasdaq: ROST) $68.84. Ross Stores reported Q3 EPS of $0.62, versus the analyst estimate of $0.56. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.96 billion. Sales for the 2016 third quarter rose 11% to $3.1 billion, with comparable store sales up 7% versus a 3% gain in the prior year. Ross Stores sees FY2016 EPS of $2.78 - $2.81, versus the consensus of $2.75.

  • Synutra International, Inc. (Nasdaq: SYUT) $5.50. Synutra announced it has entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger with Beams Power Investment Limited, a company with limited liability incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands, and Beams Power Merger Sub Limited, a Delaware corporation and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Parent ("Merger Sub"), pursuant to which Merger Sub will merge with and into the Company, with the Company continuing as the surviving corporation and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Parent. Parent currently beneficially owns approximately 63.5% of the Company's outstanding shares of common stock, $0.0001 par value per share (the "Company Common Stock"). Ms. Xiuqing Meng, spouse of Mr. Liang Zhang, is the sole shareholder of Parent. Mr. Liang Zhang is the chairman and chief executive officer of the Company.
52-Week Low:
  • Novo Nordisk A/S (NYSE: NVO) $32.35. Novo Nordisk continuing to slump following recent quarterly results. The stock is now down 21 percent from a close at $40.94 on Octoer 27th.
