52-Week High:
  • Endurance (NYSE: ENH) $88.59. Endurance confirmed that it is in advanced discussions with Tokyo-based global insurance carrier Sompo Holdings, Inc.regarding a potential strategic transaction. There can be no assurance that the discussions will lead to a definitive agreement. Endurance does not intend to comment further at this stage and any further statements will be made if and when appropriate.

  • Encana Corporation (NYSE: ECA) $10.84. Encana Corporation announced that, in connection with its completed public offering of 107,000,000 common shares of Encana at a price of US$9.35 per Share, the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters to purchase up to an additional 16,050,000 additional Shares at the Offering Price was exercised in full for additional gross proceeds to Encana of approximately $150 million. The sale of the additional Shares today pursuant to the Over-Allotment Option brings the aggregate gross proceeds to Encana from the offering, including the Over-Allotment Option, to approximately $1.15 billion.

  • Continental Resources, Inc. (NYSE: CLR) $53.64. Continental Resources announced that it will redeem all of its outstanding 7 3/8% Senior Notes due 2020 and 7 1/8% Senior Notes due 2021 on November 10, 2016, the redemption date for both the 2020 Notes and 2021 Notes.
52-Week Low:
  • Trinity Biotech plc (Nasdaq: TRIB) $5.76. Trinity Biotech announced that it is withdrawing its 510(k) premarket notification submission for the Meritas Troponin-I Test and Meritas Point-of-Care Analyzer.

  • Iradimed Corp. (Nasdaq: IRMD) $9.76. Iradimed Corp. revised its third quarter financial guidance. The Company now expects revenue for the third quarter 2016 of approximately $7.5 million to $7.6 million, compared to its previous guidance of $9.9 million to $10.0 million and GAAP diluted earnings per share of approximately $0.09 to $0.10. The Company also now expects non-GAAP diluted earnings per share of approximately $0.11 to $0.12, compared to its previous guidance of $0.23 to $0.24.
