  • Vonage (NYSE: VG) $7.57. Vonage reported Q3 EPS of $0.09, versus the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $248.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $246.92 million. Vonage sees FY2016 revenue of $950-960 million, versus the consensus of $957 million.

  • NCR Corp. (NYSE: NCR) $36.41. NCR Corp. reported Q3 EPS of $0.87, versus the analyst estimate of $0.81. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.68 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.63 billion. NCR sees FY16 EPS of $2.97 - $3.02, versus prior guidance of $2.90 - $3.00 and the consensus of $2.95. NCR Corp. sees FY2016 revenue of $6.47 - $6.50 billion, versus prior guidance of $6.325 - $6.400 billion and the consensus of $6.38 billion.

  • iRobot Corp. (Nasdaq: IRBT) $50.84. iRobot reported Q3 EPS of $0.70, versus the analyst estimate of $0.43. Revenue for the quarter came in at $168.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $156.96 million. iRobot Corp. sees Q4 2016 EPS of $0.36 - $0.44, versus the consensus of $0.60. iRobot Corp. sees Q4 2016 revenue of $202 - $207 million, versus the consensus of $204.73 million. iRobot Corp. sees FY2016 EPS of $1.36 - $1.44, versus the consensus of $1.32. iRobot Corp. sees FY2016 revenue of $650 - $655 million, versus the consensus of $641.4 million.

  • Logitech (Nasdaq: LOGI) $25.87. Logitech reported Q2 EPS of $0.35, versus the analyst estimate of $0.25. Revenue for the quarter came in at $564 million versus the consensus estimate of $524.55 million. Logitech’s Fiscal Year 2017 outlook is 8 to 10 percent retail sales growth in constant currency and $195 million to $205 million in non-GAAP operating income.
52-Week Low:
  • Chipotle Mexican Grill (NYSE: CMG) $362.82. Chipotle reported Q3 EPS of $0.27, versus the analyst estimate of $1.59. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.09 billion. EPS impairment included $0.29 related to the ShopHouse impairment charge and $0.23 due to the deferral of revenue from Chiptopia. Comps fell 21.9 percent, versus an 18.7 percent drop expected.

  • Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. (Nasdaq: TNXP) $0.47. Tonix Pharmaceuticals announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 9,500,000 units, consisting of 9,500,000 shares of common, and warrants to purchase an aggregate of 4,750,000 shares of common stock, at an offering price of $0.55 per unit. The warrants have an exercise price of $0.63 per share and are exercisable for a period of five years. Tonix has also granted to the underwriters a 45-day option to acquire an additional 1,425,000 shares of common stock, and warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 712,500 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments in connection with the offering.

  • Diplomat Pharmacy, Inc. (NYSE: DPLO) $24.01. Diplomat Pharmacy announced that Paul Urick has been promoted to Diplomat's president, effective Nov. 1, 2016. The company also announced that Sean Whelan will step down from his role as chief financial officer and a director on Diplomat's Board of Directors, effective Dec. 31, 2016, to spend more time with his family.
