52-Week High:
  • KeyCorp (NYSE: KEY) $13.87. KeyCorp reported Q3 EPS of $0.16, versus the analyst estimate of $0.26. EPS was $0.30 excluding merger-related charges.

  • Clayton Williams Energy, Inc. (NYSE: CWEI) $97.90. Clayton Williams Energy announced that it has entered into a definitive purchase and sale agreement with a third party to sell substantially all of the Company's assets in the Giddings Area in East Central Texas for a sale price of $400 million. The sale is subject to customary closing conditions and adjustments. The Company expects to close the sale in December 2016 and use the proceeds from the sale to fund development in the Delaware Basin and repay a portion of its outstanding indebtedness.

  • New Oriental Education (NYSE: EDU) $53.39. New Oriental Education reported Q1 EPS of $0.90, versus the analyst estimate of $0.92. Revenue for the quarter came in at $534.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $521.77 million.

  • Crane Co. (NYSE: CR) $68.21. Crane Co. (NYSE: CR) reported Q3 EPS of $1.07, versus the analyst estimate of $1.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $694 million versus the consensus estimate of $666.89 million. Crane Co. sees FY2016 EPS of $4.12 - $4.20, versus prior guidance of $4.00 - $4.20 and the consensus of $4.16.
52-Week Low:
  • Sonic Corp (Nasdaq: SONC) $21.12. Sonic Corp. reported Q4 EPS of $0.45, versus the analyst estimate of $0.44. Revenue for the quarter came in at $162.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $167.15 million. System same-store sales fell 2.0%.

  • First NBC Bank Holding Company (Nasdaq: FNBC) $4.85. First NBC Bank Holding Company announced that it was notified by Nasdaq by letter dated October 24, 2016 that it had regained compliance with all applicable Nasdaq listing standards following the filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2016. As a result, the Nasdaq Hearings Panel has cancelled its previously scheduled hearing, and First NBC’s stock will continue to be listed and trade on the Nasdaq Global Select Market.

  • Calithera Biosciences (Nasdaq: CALA) $2.25. Citi initiated coverage on Calithera Biosciences with a Sell rating and a price target of $1.
