- IDT Corporation (NYSE: IDT) high of $14.59. Continuing higher today, as investors draw confidence from CEO Howard Jonas' appearance on CNBC Monday morning. Shares have soared 37% since Monday, as Jonas highlighted the company's oil shale operations. The best part is that this stock isn't just marginally higher today...it’s up 5.1%., and has been over the last three days.
- CPI Aerostructures Inc. (AMEX: CVU) high of $10.15. After gapping higher yesterday, shares saw a nice midday volume spike to bring them back into the green. Yesterday, CPI won a $27.6 million order from Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) for Outer Wing Panel (OWP) kits for use in the manufacture of wings for the E-2D Advanced Hawkeye and the C-2A Greyhound aircraft. CPI's market cap is currently at about $65.8 million, just to gauge the size of the order.

52-Week Low:
- Qualcomm Incorporated (Nasdaq: QCOM) low of $32.04. Shares down today as the company is having a developer conference. Analysts note that nothing new was presented at the conference today, though Qualcomm reiterated its solid 3G portfolio. The company has over 180 3G licenses, compared to just 9 royalty-bearing 4G licenses currently.
- Level 3 Communications Inc. (Nasdaq: LVLT) low of $1.02. Broke through a two-day support level at $1.10 late yesterday, and continued lower in the early session today. Seeing a trading between $1.02 and $1.04 currently, with just about average volume.
- Rite Aid Corp. (NYSE: RAD) low of $0.93. The company reported a 2.5% decrease in comps for June, and 1.4% decline YTD. The last low Rite Aid saw was $0.95, ahead of the company's first quarter earnings report on June 23, 2010, before the market opened.
- KB Home (NYSE: KBH) low of $10.56. Weak new home sales data today is adding pressure to builders. KB took a little dip after their second quarter numbers came out shy of expectations, though their homes delivered number increased for the first time in fourteen months. New home sales for the prior week also set record lows. The numbers come as time to close home loans for the first time home buyer tax credit was extended to September 30, 2010, but that doesn't allow for the purchase of a new home, only to close on the loan already with a binding sales contract signed before April 30, 2010.
