Crossing and above:
  • Pandora (NYSE: P) up 3.4 percent. Pandora moving higher on the session following the debut of Apple's (Nasdaq: AAPL) iTunes Radio Internet radio service.

  • Apricus Biosciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: APRI) up 8.2 percent. Apricus popping today after announcing that ts marketing application for Vitaros, indicated for the treatment of patients with erectile dysfunction, has been approved through the European Decentralized Procedure.   • Monsanto Company (NYSE: MON) up 4.5 percent. Monsanto moving about 5 percent higher on the session at one point following an upgrade at Macquarie from Neutral to Outperform made earlier. For more on the call, click here.
Crossing and below:
  • Oclaro, Inc. (Nasdaq: OCLR) down 7.2 percent. Retracing after gaining 14.6 percent last Friday on news of a new CEO. The company said that CEO and chairman Alain Couder has retired and that the board of directors has named Greg Dougherty, Oclaro board member, as chief executive officer effective immediately. The Company also announced that Marissa Peterson, Oclaro board member, has been elected as chair.

  • McDonald's Corp (NYSE: MCD) up 1.6 percent. McDonald's moving higher following strong May comparable-store sales results, but a recent downtrend in the stock is keeping shares below the 50-day SMA. For more on monthly sales, click here.

  • Gilead Sciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: GILD) down 1.1 percent. Gilead Sciences traders are selling the news following a late-Friday release that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted priority review to the company’s New Drug Application (NDA) for sofosbuvir, a once-daily oral nucleotide analogue inhibitor for the treatment of chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. Shares have been on a strong trend higher up until hitting a new 52-week high last month, doubling over the last year.
