(Nasdaq: HAUP) 36.6% HIGHER; shares are rocketing up pre-market, as the company announced today that their WinTV-HVR TV tuner boards for PCs can now stream live TV over the Internet to the iPad, iPhone and iPod touch and any Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) Macintosh computer which supports a Safari web browser.
Orion Energy Systems, Inc (AMEX: OESX) 19.4% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.01, ex-items, versus the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter was $18.88 million, which compares to the estimate of $20.25 million. Sees FY11 EPS of $0.02 - $0.10, compared to the consensus of $$0.16.
Ultralife Corporation (Nasdaq: ULBI) 18.8% HIGHER; has received orders valued at approximately $21 million for its SATCOM-On-The-Move systems from a U.S. defense contractor for use in MRAP armored vehicles. Deliveries are expected to begin this quarter and be completed in the fourth quarter of 2010.
China Electric Motor, Inc. (Nasdaq: CELM) 17% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.16, even with the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter was $21.5 million, which compares to the estimate of $21.19 million. Sees Q210 revs of $20.0 - $23.3 million, and an EPS of $0.14 - $0.165. Consensus sees revs of $22.86 million and an EPS of $0.17.
Telestone Technologies Corp. (Nasdaq: TSTC) 14.7% LOWER; reports Q1 non-GAAP EPS of $0.14, versus $0.11 reported for the same period a year ago. Revenue for the quarter was $11.13 million, compared to $7.90 million in Q109.

RegeneRx Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. (Amex: RGN) 14.5% HIGHER; announced today the publication of the first human data from a case study of patients evaluated with its ophthalmic product candidate RGN-259. The data have been published in the May 2010 issue of Archives of Ophthalmology, an American Medical Association peer-reviewed journal. In the study, four patients with chronic neurotrophic keratitis, a degenerative corneal disease induced by a nerve impairment, were treated with RGN-259 under a compassionate use IND. The most common causes of this disease include the herpes zoster virus.

Authorizes new $500 million stock buyback. Sees FY11 adjusted EPS $1.87 - $1.95, versus $1.84 consensus. Raises FY11 sales from $4.3 - $4.4 billion to $4.5 - $4.6 billion. Versus the consensus of $4.59 billion.
Dillard's (NYSE: DDS) 8.8% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.70, ex-items, versus the analyst estimate of $0.51. Revenue for the quarter was $1.45 billion, which compares to the estimate of $1.53 billion. Same store sales rose 2%.
Visa (NYSE: V) 8.2% LOWER; shares are under heavy pressure this morning following news Thursday evening that the Senate voted in favor of Senator Durbin's interchange amendment which would impose new rules for restricting merchant-paid debit interchange fees as well as allowing merchants more freedoms to charge different prices based on payment type. The stock was also downgraded at Stifel this morning.
Willdan Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: WLDN) 8% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.05, 5 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.00. Revenue for the quarter was $17 million, which compares to the estimate of $15.48 million.
