Aehr Test Systems (Nasdaq: AEHR) 43.2% LOWER; reports Q3 loss of $3.28, compared to a gain of $0.23 in the same quarter last year.. Revenue for the quarter was $1.2 million, versus $10.8 million in Q308.

Research In Motion (Nasdaq: RIMM) 24.1% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.90, 6 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.84. Revenue for the quarter was $3.46 billion, versus the consensus of $3.40 billion. Sees Q1 sales of $3.3-$3.5 billion, versus the consensus of $3.35 billion and EPS of $0.88-$0.97, versus the consensus of $0.82. Kimco Realty Corporation (NYSE: KIM) 16.3% HIGHER; will offer 70 million shares in newly issued common stock. The company also provided updates on its financing and leasing activities, as well as updates on its 2009 guidance and dividends. Here is our note on pricing.

Natus Medical Incorporated (Nasdaq: BABY) 10.6% LOWER; lowers its Q1 sales guidance from $37-$38 million to $32.5-$33.5 million, versus the consensus of $37.39 million. Blockbuster Inc. (NYSE: BBI) 9.6% HIGHER; today announced the company, JPMorgan and a group of lenders, led by Monarch Alternative Capital LP and Silver Point Capital, L.P., have completed the amendment of the company's revolving and term loan facility. The amendment includes commitments from lenders for a $250 million revolving loan refinancing with a maturity date on September 30, 2010, which commitments the Company expects to fund in May upon satisfying the conditions set forth in the amendment.

Cedar Shopping Centers (NYSE: CDR) 9.1% LOWER; announced that its Board has suspended the dividend on the Company's common stock to preserve liquidity in today's capital constrained environment. Sees savings of $16 million during '09.

A. Schulman (Nasdaq: SHLM) 9% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.41, compared to a loss of $0.13 Q208. Revenue for the quarter was $272.7 million, versus $479.8 million in the same quarter last year. Also declared a $0.15 quarterly dividend.

Las Vegas Sands (NYSE: LVS) 8.4% HIGHER; last night disclosed the purchase of 4.726 million shares by the casino's CEO.

Schnitzer Steel (Nasdaq: SCHN) 6.2% LOWER; UBS downgrades Schnitzer from Neutral to Sell. The downgrade follows yesterday morning's Q2 earnings report. Shares of Schnitzer rallied more than 14% on the results.

Blyth, Inc. (NYSE: BTH) 6.1% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $1.42, ex-items, versus the analyst estimate of $1.86. Revenue for the quarter was $313.4 million, versus the consensus of $316.80 million. Sees FY10 EPS of $3.00-$3.30, versus the consensus of $3.20.

CarMax (NYSE: KMX) 4.4% LOWER; Wachovia downgrades CarMax to Underperform. Revised valuation range is $7-$8.50. Click here for more color on the downgrade. Shares of CarMax surged more than 6.2% on Q4 earnings yesterday.

Micron Technology Inc. (NYSE: MU) 4% LOWER; reports Q2 loss of $0.97, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of ($0.64). Revenue for the quarter was $1 billion, versus the consensus of $1.14 billion.
