Blount International, Inc. (NYSE: BLT) 30% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.14, 4 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenues for the quarter were $133.8 million, versus the consensus of $152.45 million. Sees FY09 sales of $510-$560 million, versus the consensus of $646.99 million

Immersion Corporation (Nasdaq: IMMR) 21% LOWER; reports Q4 loss of $0.26, ex-items, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.14). Revenues for the quarter were $9 million, versus the consensus of $10.40 million.

iPCS, Inc. (Nasdaq: IPCS) 18% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.00, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.26). Revenues for the quarter were $138.4 million, versus the consensus of $134.26 million. Sees FY09 free cash flow of $15-$25 million. Gross additions are expected to be 250,000-275,000.

ICT Group Inc. (Nasdaq: ICTG) 16% LOWER; Rejects Aegis Offer. MORE

PDL BioPharma (Nasdaq: PDLI) 13.6% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.26, versus the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenues for the quarter were $68.7 million, versus the consensus of $59.76 million. PDL announced that it will pay two dividends to its stockholders in 2009. Each of the dividends will be $0.50 per share the first of which will be paid on April 1, 2009 to all stockholders who own shares of PDL on March 16, 2009. The second dividend will be paid on October 1, 2009.

American Physicians Service Group (Nasdaq: AMPH) 11.5% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.34, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.67. Revenues for the quarter were $17.4 million, versus the consensus of $18.99 million.

Superior Well Services Inc. (Nasdaq: SWSI) 11.4% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.48, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.47. Revenues for the quarter were $161.7 million, versus the consensus of $140.50 million.

Sun Healthcare Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: SUNH) 7% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.24 (ex-items) vs. consensus of $0.25. (may not be comparable) Total net revenue for Q4 was $467.0 million vs. $461.84 million consensus.

TiVo (Nasdaq: TIVO) 7% HIGHER; reports Q4 loss of $0.04, 6 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.10). Revenues for the quarter were $59.2 million, versus the consensus of $54.73 million.

Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (NYSE: AMD) 7% HIGHER; announced today that Bruce Claflin has been appointed Chairman of its Board of Directors. Mr. Claflin replaces Hector Ruiz, who retired from AMD's Board in conjunction with assuming the position of Chairman of the Board of "The Foundry Company."

Eagle Bulk Shipping Inc. (Nasdaq: EGLE) 5% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.32, ex-items, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenues for the quarter were $60 million, versus the consensus of $58.12 million.

Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated (Nasdaq: SYKE) 5.1% LOWER; reports Q4 GAAP EPS of $0.19, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenues for the quarter were $200.8 million, versus the consensus of $200.40 million. Sees Q1 EPS of $0.28-$0.31, with FY09 EPS of $1.26-$1.32. The Street's Q1 EPS estimate is for $0.32 and FY09 is for $1.35.

MasTec (NYSE: MTZ) 5% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.29, ex-items, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.25. Revenues for the quarter were $413.9 million, versus the consensus of $381.39 million. Sees Q1 EPS of $0.14-$0.16, versus the consensus of $0.16, with sales of $350-$360 million, versus the Street estimate of $409.33 million. Reaffirms its FY09 EPS guidance of $1.05-$1.15, versus the consensus of $1.11, and sales of $1.95-$2 billion, versus the Street estimate of $1.95 billion.

Qiagen NV (Nasdaq: QGEN) 4.5% HIGHER; Jefferies starts at Buy

Genzyme Corporation (Nasdaq: GENZ) 4% LOWER; has received a complete response letter from the FDA regarding its application to market Lumizym for the treatment of Pompe disease. MORE

McDermott International, Inc. (NYSE: MDR) 3.7% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.19, 4 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.23. Revenues for the quarter were $1.66 billion, versus the consensus of $1.62 billion.

First Solar, Inc. (Nasdaq: FSLR) 3.6% HIGHER; entered into an agreement to significantly expand its penetration within the U.S. utility solar power market with the acquisition of OptiSolars solar project pipeline. MORE
