Citi Trends, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTRN) 17.8% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.70, versus the analyst estimate of $0.55. Revenues for the quarter were $146.6 million, versus the consensus of $146.60 million. Same store sales fell 1.9% during the quarter. Sees FY09 EPS of $1.30, versus the consensus of $1.07. Same store sales are expected to be up 3% for this year. Expects to increase square footage by at least 15% during '09.
Conn's, Inc. (NASDAQ: CONN) 16.7% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.69, 6 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.63. Revenues for the quarter were $245.4 million, versus the consensus of $271.50 million. Sees FY10 EPS of $1.75-$1.85, ex-items, versus the consensus of $1.65.
Best Buy Co. Inc. (NYSE: BBY) 12% HIGHER; reports Q4 non-GAAP EPS of $1.61, 21 cents better than the analyst estimate of $1.40. Revenue for the quarter was $14.72 billion, versus the consensus of $14.82 billion. Q4 same stores sales came in at down 4.9%. Sees FY10 EPS of $2.50-$2.90, versus the consensus of $2.47. Sees Fy10 sales of $46.5-$48.5 billion, versus the consensus of $48.05 billion. Expects to open 65 new stores in FY10. Sees FY10 comps flat to down 5%.

Dr Pepper Snapple (NYSE: DPS) 10.3% HIGHER; reports Q4 earnings of $0.39 per share, above the consensus of $0.37. Revenues came in at $1.38 billion, versus the consensus of $1.33 billion. Sees FY09 PS of $1.59-$1.67 versus the consensus of $1.62. The company expects full year 2009 net sales to decline 2% to 4%.
CKE Restaurants (NYSE: CKR) 7.2% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.05, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenues for the quarter were $327.5 million, versus the consensus of $336.67 million.
ConAgra Foods, Inc., (NYSE: CAG) 5.8% HIGHER; reports Q3 non-GAAP EPS of $0.40, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.36 and an 18% increase from $0.34 reported in the same quarter last year. Revenues for the quarter were $3.134 billion, versus the consensus of $3.11 billion. Reaffirms its FY09 EPS guidance of slightly above $1.50, ex-items. The Street is currently expecting FY09 EPS of $1.47.
Novo Nordisk (NYSE: NVO) 5.5% HIGHER; UBS upgrades the stock from Neutral to Buy.
Denbury Resources (NYSE: DNR) 5.4% HIGHER; will replace Rohm and Haas Co. (NYSE: ROH) in the S&P 500.

Revenue for the quarter was $3.5 billion, versus the consensus of $3.46 billion. Same store sales rose 9.6% during the quarter. Sees Q1 comps flat to up 2%, with EPS in the range of $0.40-$0.42, versus the consensus of $0.39. Affirms its FY09 outlook for sales growth of 10-12%, comps up 4-6%, and EPS growth of 18-22%. Sees generating free cash flow of over $500 million.
