Morning Movers 2/8: CFSG, IIG, LFUS, BBEP Higher; CAGC, CTIC, TONE, SHIP Lower

China Agritech, Inc. (NASDAQ: CAGC) 44.6% LOWER; sees FY09 sales of about $75 million and FY10 sales of $114 million. Click here for the full report.

Shares of Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTIC) 27.8% LOWER; are under pressure Monday following documents from the FDA showing that reviewers questioned the effectiveness of the company's experimental lymphoma drug, pixantrone. The FDA reviewers also noted substantial side effects. An FDA advisory panel will meet on Wednesday and decide if they should recommend approval.

China Fire & Security Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: CFSG) 24.3% HIGHER; sees FY09 EPS of $0.87-$0.89, versus the consensus of $1.05, on sales of $81-$82 million, versus the consensus of $90.54 million. Sees FY10 EPS of $1.65-$1.70, which compares to the Street estimate of $1.29. Sees FY10 sales of $135-$145 million, versus the analyst estimate of $116.73 million. The company also announced that the Company has signed a total solution contract worth approximately US$92 million with Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Corporation for the Fire Protection Retrofitting Project.

Imergent Inc. (NYSE: IIG) 18.6% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.08, compared to a loss of $0.89 in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter was $13.20 million, versus $20.08 million in Q408.

TierOne (Nasdaq: TONE) 16.7% LOWER; the stock remains extremely volatile this week. Volume is pretty heavy today. Over the last month, shares of TierOne had had at least one double digit percentage move per week.

Littelfuse Inc. (NASDAQ: LFUS) 11.9% HIGHER; reports Q4 GAAP EPS of $0.53, versus the analyst estimate of $0.30. Revenue for the quarter was $127.9 million, which compares to the estimate of $128.03 million. Sees Q110 sales of $130 - $138 million, compared to $119.43 million consensus. Also sees Q110 EPS of $0.50 - $0.62, versus $0.33 consensus.

Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: SHIP) (NASDAQ: SHIPW) 11.9% LOWER; announced today that, due to market conditions, the Company's Board of Directors has determined to terminate the memorandum of agreement for the intended acquisition of a 2009 Capesize vessel as described in the Company's prospectus dated January 28, 2010.

BreitBurn Energy Partners L.P. (NASDAQ: BBEP) 11.8% HIGHER; announced today that all litigation between the Partnership and its directors and Quicksilver Resources Inc. (NYSE: KWK) has been settled. BreitBurn also announced its intention to reinstate quarterly cash distributions at the rate of $0.375 per quarter, or $1.50 on an annualized basis, beginning with the first quarter 2010 distribution.

Hasbro, Inc. (NYSE: HAS) 11.8% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $1.09, versus the analyst estimate of $0.81. Revenue for the quarter was $1.38 billion, which compares to the estimate of $1.34 billion.

China XD Plastics Company Ltd. (NASDAQ: CXDC) 10% HIGHER; sees Q4 net revenues to be in the range of approximately $38 million to $41 million, exceeding the $36 million upper range of its guidance. This represents approximately 90% to 105% increase from its net revenues in the fourth quarter of 2008. As previously guided, the Company's gross margin for the fourth quarter is expected to be in the range of approximately 23% to 25%.

Nam Tai Electronics, Inc. (NYSE: NTE) 10% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.01, ex-items, 2 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter was $*63 million, which compares to the estimate of $99 million.

Winnebago Industries (NYSE: WGO) 9.7% HIGHER; Baird upgrades the stock from Underperform to Neutral. Price target $11.

Novavax, Inc. (NASDAQ: NVAX) 8.6% LOWER; announced today that the company has decided to discontinue negotiations in its pursuit of the previously announced collaboration with ROVI Pharmaceuticals (Madrid: ROVI) to develop Novavax's virus-like-particle (VLP)-based vaccines against influenza in the country of Spain. This decision is due to the companies' inability to agree on acceptable terms of the proposed collaboration and to obtain the necessary funding commitments for the program. Novavax is free to seek a new partner for its pandemic and seasonal influenza vaccine development efforts in Europe in the future.
